Excellent ladder. This ladder is excellent: sturdy, easy to store and competitively priced. As far as we can see, there are no downsides……May 29, 2024

Nice step ladder with improved safety features. It's the same working height as your standard 6' household ladder but with extra deep runs for more stability like shorter step ladders. It really makes you feel safe when working at heights. The grab handles are a nice touch for someone who is a little unsteady on their feet. The extra handles don't fold up with the ladder so it takes up more space when stored but they can be removed when you don't need them. The tool tray has thoughtful compartments for screwdrivers, hammers and paint cans. The rungs themselves are all plastic so they sag a little in the middle when in use but I never felt unsafe. I recommend it for light work around the house, it probably won't last long on a construction site for example. A nice option for people who are getting older and need a little more stability when doing chores and maintenance.May 27, 2024

Wonderful!! It's so great not having to worry about this product breaking. I hurt my neck two years ago and can't look up anymore so the extra steps are worth every penny.May 23, 2024

Not easy to assemble Assembling this item was not easy for me alone, so I am only giving it an overall rating of four stars.May 18, 2024

Sturdy and stable in use. This is a well built item. It is sturdy and stable in use. The package arrived with no small parts that likely fell out of the damaged shipping container. The company sent replacements quickly and without any problems. I would buy from them again.May 17, 2024

my new best friend. I'm short and my cupboards are high. I would be lost without this step stool. It is very stable and sturdy and slides next to my fridge for storage.May 5, 2024

My youngest daughter will throw a tantrum when she sees this. My daughter can't stand me getting on a ladder anymore. I'm getting older but I still need to get to things so I bought this ladder. Putting it together wasn't that hard. Actually, all you need to do is attach the handrails. I think they're a little loose on one side but it will still be OK. The only thing I don't like is that it's quite heavy for me so I'll only use it when I really need it.May 4, 2024

curved top rail on the ladder part, not the tool holder, no camera to take pictures with. The top rail was curved on the ladder part so I couldn't put the top rail where the tools are attached so I guess I'll live with it, without the top rail I just don't have any place to put the toolsApril 23, 2024

Sturdy! At first I couldn't figure out how to slide the tray into the bar, but first the two little washers had to be removed!!! I was stumped for about 15 minutes, but then I just took the end of a screwdriver and pushed them out, done! Nice, sturdy bar that I will use for photography. Happy customers!April 6, 2024
